The brief

Base Hair in Varsity Lakes wanted to move from Simple Salon to Square while keeping the business running smoothly. The switch needed to carry the client base, inventory and upcoming appointments into the new setup.

What came across

We brought more than 2,000 clients and the business’s inventory into Square, along with a full year of upcoming appointments. A Square Register setup with Base Hair’s logo on the customer-facing display brought the new checkout experience into the business’s own brand.

The result

A completed migration from Simple Salon to Square with zero downtime or disruption to the business. Base Hair could move forward with its clients, products and future bookings in place.
